Raisa Khamidullina
Co-Founder & CEO
Raisa holds a Global Executive MBA from SDA Bocconi. She spent 13 years at the headquarters of Intesa Sanpaolo — Italy's largest banking group — leading the Learning and Development function across 13 countries in Eastern Europe and North Africa.
Throughout her career, she has designed and implemented innovative learning platforms, a Data Academy initiative, and transformative HR projects spanning the full breadth of international banking operations. Today, she is the co-founder of two companies in the UK and Serbia, and the architect of the FIKS education model.
Prof. Branko Urošević
Founder & Chief Scientific Officer
Prof. Branko holds a PhD in Physics from Brown University and a PhD in Business Administration (Finance) from UC Berkeley. He is the creator and director of the Master in Computational Finance — a leading program in the region — and has organised and taught executive programs for senior managers in Croatia, Russia, and Serbia.
Beyond academia, Branko has consulted for McKinsey & Co. and KPMG in Chicago, advised the Central Banks of Serbia and Armenia, and co-founded two technology startups. He brings rare depth at the intersection of quantitative finance, AI, and strategic consulting.
