Vyacheslav Gorovoy is a Senior Lecturer at the New School of Economics (NES) in Moscow. He teaches courses in finance in areas such as Financial Derivatives, Mathematical Finance, Trading Strategies and Behavioral Finance. He is also advising students in the Master of Finance program and his research interests include Financial Engineering and market inefficiencies. He published several papers in such journals as Mathematical Finance and Risk.

Before joining NES he worked with UBS and Standard bank in risk management departments. Vyacheslav completed Ph.D. in Financial Engineering at Northwestern University and earned his undergraduate degree in Physics from Moscow State University.

Vyacheslac has extensive experience in executive education. He was a co- director of the corporate program Sberbank 500 (joint with INSEAD) and participated in various training for financial institutions.
