Full Professor in Applied Computing at the Faculty of Economics and Vice-rector for the education and student affairs at the University of Kragujevac

Vladimir is the director of the undergraduate study program in Business Informatics and of the master study program in Artificial Intelligence in Business at the Faculty of Economics. Vladimir participated in several national and international scientific projects related to computer modeling and simulations, numerical methods, evolutionary algorithms and optimization. He is the author of several papers published in leading scientific journals such as European Journal of Operational Research, Computers & Operations Research and Finance Research Letters. His current research focuses on intelligent systems and computational methods and techniques in finance and management. This includes evolutionary multi-objective optimization, machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques and their application in finance and management.
